Qualifications
- BS/BA in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years leading large-scale globally distributed software delivery teams in regulated industries.
- 4+ years of people leadership.
- Advanced expertise in SAFe/Lean-Agile and enterprise tooling.
- Experience coaching senior leads and managing vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Software Execution across backlog elaboration, product ownership, solution leadership, and vendor management for global instrument software programs.
- Drive Global Governance & Scale with capacity planning and governance across 150+ resources and multiple release streams.
- Empower & Develop People through direct line management, mentorship, and career coaching for 10+ senior leads.
- Innovate Delivery Practices by scaling Lean-Agile methods and AI-driven workflows within regulated software frameworks.
- Partner Across the Business with Product Management and Lifecycle Teams to translate business needs into actionable backlogs and robust architectures.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance adhering to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304.
