Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software test engineering and QA leadership.
• Experience defining testing strategies in SAFe or Agile environments.
• Hands-on in regulated software development with traceability requirements.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies, milestones, and execution plans for local and offshore teams.
• Coach teams on project scope and quality direction in SAFe or Agile environments.
• Pilot AI-assisted tools and automated test processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Author and revise SOPs for software development and testing cycles.
• Assure test quality through design, depth, and DoE principles.
• Mentor new hires on testing best practices and presenting technical concepts.
