Job summary

Roche in the United States (Arizona) seeks a Global Project Manager to drive CDx development projects from concept to launch. You will own schedules, budgets, resources and stakeholder communications, using Planisware and other PM tools in a hybrid Waterfall-Agile environment.

Hybrid role with ~2 days on-site at Oro Valley, AZ. A strong background in regulated life sciences and experience with CDx is preferred, with an opportunity for annual bonus based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 4+ years in project management/engineering/business in healthcare tech.
• Experience with CDx/biomarker or regulatory submissions is a plus.
• Familiar with regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR 820 / ISO 13485).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional CDx projects from conception to launch.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with Pharma partners and internal stakeholders.
• Apply hybrid Agile and SAFe methodologies where appropriate.
• Monitor project health, quality and risk, reporting to leadership.
