Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies, milestones, and execution plans for software test activities.
• Lead local and offshore test teams in SAFe environment.
• Pilot AI-assisted testing tools and automated processes for test case generation and defect analysis.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards and traceability.
• Author and refine SOPs across software development and testing cycles to uphold quality.
• Ensure test design and execution meet DoE and systems-thinking principles.
• Mentor new hires and coach team members on testing best practices and presentations.
