Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Significant experience leading software development teams and deliveries.
• Proven track record in agile transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, metrics, and estimation techniques.
• Experience delivering software in regulated medical device environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a VACC leader and champion the DSO operating model.
• Lead and develop software leads and scrum masters; coach teams to delivery excellence.
• Improve estimation, release planning, dependency management, and capacity planning.
