Qualifications

• Master's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in clinical or public health research.
• Experience working in low- or middle-income countries and coordinating multi-site studies.
• Familiarity with randomized controlled trial (RCT) methodology, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and data safety monitoring.
• Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a part-time capacity.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investigators, field teams, and community representatives to finalize study materials and protocols.
• Coordinate with field-site project managers to monitor progress and ensure protocol fidelity.
• Review recruitment, retention, and data collection reports from multiple sites.
• Facilitate communication between field teams and investigators on timelines and resource needs.
• Oversee data safety monitoring, including adverse event reporting and data quality checks.
• Prepare interim safety reports for the Data Safety Monitoring Board and escalate serious events.
• Establish standardized data validation procedures across sites.
• Monitor participant safety metrics and field team safety procedures.
