Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years managing grants, health services research, or related projects.
• Experience with physician faculty collaboration and clinical operations is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, listening, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with research methods, protocol development, or peer-reviewed work.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50% project management tasks including administration and coaching.
• Direct communication across the research team and with funders.
• Develop, review and submit project deliverables and reports to high standards.
• Manage grants reporting, budgets, and coordination with PI team.
• Coordinate qualitative interviews and analyses as needed.
