Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or related field is required.
• 4 to 5 years related experience is required.
• Experience with REDCap, EnrollNow (Ripple), Qualtrics, MiChart, Data Direct, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with behavioral health research with human subjects.
• Experience with tobacco use, alcohol use disorders, or other substance use.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational leadership for the I2Q program and coordinates activities to support goals.
• Oversees staff workflow, scheduling, and time/leave approvals.
• Engages clinical partners, community organizations, funders, and internal stakeholders and coordinates communications and presentations.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly reports for funders and stakeholders; collaborates with Finance on budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinates with external software vendors and ensures HIPAA compliance and quality standards.
