ThinkWell in the United States is seeking a Director, Health Financing to lead the development of ThinkWell’s health financing work and ensure technical excellence across the portfolio. The Director will guide public financial management and resource mobilization while reporting to the CEO.

This role is fully remote and requires building technical talent, mentoring staff, and representing ThinkWell at conferences and with partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in health economics, health policy or related field; 10 years of experience.
• PhD with 8 years of experience in health financing or related field.
• Proven track record in leadership of technical health financing work.
• Experience with global health financing, public financial management and donor engagement.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership across ThinkWell’s health financing portfolio.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring and development of staff in health financing.
• Engage with global partners, donors and government counterparts to build ThinkWell’s reputation.
• Contribute to new business development and portfolio expansion in health financing and related areas.
