Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15 years project management, account management or related experience.
• 10+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience with company business practices, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with the management implications of various forms of financial data.
• Experience with account management principles and practices.

Aufgaben

• Directs, builds and maintains account programs management office at account level and enforces established processes.
• Establishes relationships with account executives and client leadership; communicates with clients.
• Implements governance based on account management models at client account level.
• Directs client project reporting and chairs internal project meetings; tracks costs and revenues.
• Drives demand forecasting processes at the account level.
• Drives standardization across organizational boundaries.
• Directs senior managers and staff, ensuring policy adherence and performance.
• Sets short- and long-term strategies to deliver services within schedule and budget.
• Defines roles and responsibilities and communicates goals to cross-functional teams.
