WELL Health Technologies Corp is hiring a Project Delivery Lead to guide ThinkWELL—our enterprise intelligence, analytics, and automation platform—through end‑to‑end delivery. This fully remote role collaborates with business, data, AI, and technology teams to turn priorities into actionable delivery plans and value realization.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex, cross‑functional technology or project delivery.
Ability to translate priorities into practical delivery plans with clear ownership.
Proven to influence without direct authority and resolve dependencies.

Responsibilities

Drive integrated delivery planning across platform foundations and business use cases.
Keep delivery moving with sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and milestones.
Establish accountability; challenge estimates and recovery plans when needed.
Coordinate releases from validation through launch, including UAT and training.
Provide clear delivery insight and risk/decision visibility to leadership.
Deliver value measurement and post‑go‑live support for ThinkWELL initiatives.
