Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating complex scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Experience processing travel arrangements, advances, expenses, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial & contract activities: drafts, agreements, and processing.
• Manage travel, advances, expenses, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Oversee event, meeting, and calendar logistics across time zones; support fellowship sessions.
