Job summary

UCSF Health seeks a Midwifery Fellowship Program Administrator to coordinate the Black Midwifery Fellowship and related training across UCSF Women’s Options and ZSFG sites. The role requires managing recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and learner access, including EPIC.

You'll oversee mentorship activities, travel, workshops, stipends, and purchase approvals while ensuring compliance with UCSF policies and funder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years minimum experience in program management or education.
• Knowledge of policies/regulatory requirements in health professions education.
• Experience with administrative analysis and operations research.
• Strong oral and written communication and active listening.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Black Midwifery Fellowship across multiple sites.
• Manage fellow recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and EPIC access.
• Organize mentorship community, trainings, travel, and workshops.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and purchasing for the fellowship.
• Coordinate rotations, orientations, and learner engagements.
• Support program evaluation, data collection, IRB submissions, and grant work.
• Serve as main contact for visitors, volunteers, and observers.
