Job summary

FloQast seeks a Director, People Business Partner to lead the global HRBP organization and serve as a strategic advisor to C‑suite leaders. You will architect people systems, leadership pipelines, and a high‑performance culture during hyper-growth across all units.

You will head a high‑performing team of People Business Partners and partner with Finance, Accounting, and GTM teams to align on headcount, compensation, and cross-border structures while directing talent development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in a senior People Business Partner leadership role in tech/SaaS.
• Fluency in GTM and R&D business models and SDLC concepts.
• Executive presence to influence C-suite and VP levels.
• Experience leading People strategies during rapid growth and international expansion.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Ability to use AI tools to automate workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of People Business Partners across all departments.
• Advise C-suite and VP leaders on org design and succession planning.
• Align org design with product roadmaps and GTM execution.
• Oversee employee relations and risk mitigation globally.
• Own performance review processes and merit cycles.
• Drive talent management and succession planning.
• Foster high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and analytics for decision making.
