MKS Inc. is seeking a Director, Website & eCommerce to lead the global website and ecommerce function, driving digital customer experience, web strategy, and online revenue growth.

You will manage platforms, processes, priorities, and cross-functional partners to deliver a customer-centered One MKS digital presence that supports brand activation, product discovery, and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading website/eCommerce in global B2B or technical environments.
• Translate business requirements into deliverable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and executive presence with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI tools for internal efficiency and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, governance for customer-facing websites and eCommerce.
• Drive One MKS website transformation, improved navigation and content architecture.
• Oversee eCommerce capabilities supporting B2B purchasing and self-service.
• Manage website/eCommerce priorities, backlog, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, product, sales, and regional teams to align activity.
• Lead resolution of SEO, site performance, analytics, and UX improvements.
• Provide leadership for web development resources and external partners.
• Establish governance, documentation, and operating rhythms for velocity.
• Support budget planning with investment needs and expected impact.
• Use data and VOC to improve engagement, conversion, revenue.
