The role focuses on improving the digital customer experience, content architecture, and online revenue growth across the One MKS platform. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leading website/eCommerce/digital programs in global B2B or technical contexts, and can drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, IT, product, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years leading website/eCommerce/digital marketing for global B2B or technical environments.
• Experience managing complex website ecosystems, eCommerce platforms, web development projects, UX/UI initiatives, and analytics-driven optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, digital customer journeys, content strategy, search optimization, marketing tech, CRM integration, and web performance measurement.
• Knowledge of AI tools for internal efficiency and external engagement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with marketing, IT, product, sales, and external partners.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of global website and eCommerce experiences.
• Drive One MKS website transformation including navigation, content architecture, product pathways, and findability.
• Oversee B2B ordering processes, self-service portals, and order/invoice workflows.
• Manage priorities, backlog, resources, and timelines with global stakeholders.
