Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Global Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end executive recruitment for senior roles worldwide, partnering with C-suite and HR leaders to drive strategic hiring and talent mapping across regions.

You will guide stakeholders through all search stages, ensure inclusive pipelines, and contribute to global TA initiatives with a focus on excellence and impact. Fort Worth onsite with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Work Location: Onsite – 5 days per week in our Fort Worth office. Relocation Assistance: Yes

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle for senior director level and above roles globally.
• Drive targeted sourcing strategies to build external talent pipelines across regions.
• Partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams guiding stakeholders through all search stages.
• Provide expert guidance on executive hiring strategies to leaders.
• Embed fairness and inclusion into all executive search strategies and hiring practices.
• Drive Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance process, tools, hiring outcomes and overall effectiveness.
