Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, including executive experience.
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and risk management.
• Experience with biologics, cell therapies, or temperature-sensitive products desirable.
• Excellent executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business and patient/customer requirements.
• Own integrated demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory strategy.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Oversee global inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution strategies.
• Lead launches, capacity expansions, and lifecycle supply for new products.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and digital tools.
