Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ (US) seeks a Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing to lead end‑to‑end supply for products and materials—from supplier through manufacturing to the patient.

You will define and drive the global strategy for demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution, ensuring resilient, compliant operations that support launches and lifecycle changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in related field.
• 20+ years of global supply chain leadership experience.
• Pharma/biopharma supply chain experience.
• Expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP.
• Experience launching products and scaling supply networks.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy.
• Own integrated demand and supply planning (S&OP/IBP).
• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management.
• Oversee global inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Drive digital transformation and end-to-end visibility.
