Legend Biotech in Somerset, NJ seeks a Sr. Manager – Clinical Supply Operations to lead global patient supply activities for early cell and gene therapy programs.

You will coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, quality release, returns, reconciliation, and destruction across clinical sites, depots, CROs, and external vendors. The role requires strong operational discipline, vendor management, and cross-functional partnership to ensure continuous, compliant supply of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, pharmacy, business or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Advanced degree or relevant clinical supply certification preferred but not required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in clinical supply operations, clinical drug supply, pharmaceutical supply chain, or related GMP operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, returns, reconciliation, and destruction across trials, sites, CROs, depots, and vendors.
• Maintain inventory visibility as protocols and country requirements evolve.
• Ensure compliant, inspection-ready documentation and QA/QC alignment.
