Legend Biotech seeks a senior leader to head Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing in Bridgewater, NJ. You will direct end-to-end supply, demand planning, and supplier management to support launches and growth.

The role leads the external supply network and partners with CMC, MSAT, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure reliable, compliant supply. With 20+ years in global SC leadership, you will drive strategy, KPIs, and cost improvements while building a resilient network across biologics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
20+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain roles including executive experience.
Experience leading complex global supply chains for biopharmaceuticals or pharma products.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business and patient requirements.
Lead S&OP/IBP and provide executive recommendations on demand, capacity, inventory, and allocation trade‑offs.
Build and lead a high‑performing global organization across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing.
