Job summary

Legend Biotech, Inc. is seeking a Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing to lead the end-to-end supply of products and materials.

Based in Bridgewater, NJ, the role drives the global strategy for demand planning, strategic sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management, enabling growth and successful product launches. The incumbent will lead a high-performing team, partner with CMC, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial to ensure readiness for launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive global supply chain, planning, operations, or pharma/biopharma leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading complex global supply chains for commercial pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical products.
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and risk management.
• Experience with biologics, personalized medicines, cell & gene therapies, or time-sensitive products is highly desirable.
• Executive presence and cross-functional influence across Commercial, Manufacturing, CMC, MSAT, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business and patient needs.
• Own the integrated demand and supply planning process and lead S&OP/IBP.
• Lead global procurement strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Drive cost improvements while maintaining quality and supply reliability.
• Provide leadership for launches, capacity expansions, and lifecycle supply.
