Job summary

Legend Biotech US seeks a Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing to lead end-to-end supply from suppliers through manufacturing to patients, based in Bridgewater, NJ.

You will own the global strategy for demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, inventory, logistics, and risk management, building a high-performing organization and partnering with CMC, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, including executive experience.
• Proven experience leading complex global supply chains for pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical products.
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, and risk management.
• Experience with launches and rapidly scaling supply networks.
• Ability to collaborate across Commercial, Manufacturing, CMC, MSAT, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business, portfolio, and patient/customer requirements.
• Lead S&OP/IBP and provide executive recommendations on demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and allocation trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement across cost, service, inventory, resilience, productivity, and cycle time.
• Provide executive leadership with clear recommendations on cost, supply, capacity, supplier, inventory, and risk trade-offs.
