Legend Biotech is seeking the Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing as part of the Technical Operations team based in Bridgewater, NJ. The role is the enterprise leader accountable for end-to-end supply from supplier through manufacturing to the patient, establishing the global strategy for demand and supply planning, sourcing, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, including executive experience.
• Proven experience leading complex global supply chains for pharma/biopharma products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business and patient needs.
• Own the integrated demand and supply planning process and lead S&OP/IBP.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Oversee inventory, logistics, distribution, and global supply chain governance.
• Provide executive leadership for a high-performing global organization across Supply Chain, Procurement and Sourcing.
• Collaborate across CMC, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial to enable launches and lifecycle supply.
