Legend Biotech US in Somerset, NJ seeks a Sr. Manager- Clinical Supply Operations to lead global patient supply activities across early cell and gene therapy programs.

You will coordinate planning, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, QA release, returns, and destruction with CROs, depots, sites, and vendors. The role requires strong vendor management, systems proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on compliance, data integrity, and supply continuity in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, pharmacy or related field.
• 6+ years in clinical supply operations or GMP environments.
• Experience with global trials, CROs, depots, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day clinical drug supply activities across trials.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, distribution, and destruction.
• Maintain inventory visibility and forecast demand.
• Oversee QA release, deviations, CAPAs, and inspections.
• Partner across Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and partners.
