Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Global Head of Solutions in San Francisco to lead Integration and Support engineering and drive scale across three functions. You will guide technical strategy, own playbooks and SLAs, and shape the team’s growth as the company expands.

You'll coach leaders, coordinate with Sales on contract-driven solutions, and help steer product direction. This remote-first role is pivotal for customer success and rapid scaling in a dynamic, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large technical teams (20+), in B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, or banking.
• Strong technical and product fluency to guide strategy and scoping.
• Track record building operational rigor (playbooks, SLAs).
• Experience scaling teams during rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Integration and Support engineering, ~20 people across three functions.
• Build playbooks, onboarding, SLAs, and best practices for scale.
• Coach and develop technical leads and their teams.
• Scope and structure contracts requiring technical judgment.
• Partner with Sales/Account Mgmt to drive cross-sell and NRR.
• Collaborate with POC team, including Data Scientists, to drive POCs.
• Provide deep product fluency to guide scoping and delivery.
