Job summary

Sardine, the leading agentic risk platform for real-time fraud prevention, is hiring to lead and scale its Integration and Support engineering organization. You will oversee roughly 20 engineers across three functions, build scalable onboarding, and create playbooks and SLAs to support rapid growth.

You will also coach technical leads and collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and POC teams to align delivery with customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large technical teams in B2B SaaS.
• Domain expertise in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking.
• Deep technical and product fluency to guide scoping, delivery, and people challenges.
