Job summary

Sardine is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementations for our fraud, risk, and compliance platform. You will own APIs, documentation, data mapping, and integration workflows while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep technical hands-on work in a fast-paced startup environment, with opportunities to lead or contribute as a high-impact team member. Remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in roles like implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools (e.g., bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients during onboarding to set them up for success.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support docs.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Sardine's capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, timelines, and risks.
• Understand customers' business problems and provide Sardine-based solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
