Sardine is hiring a Solutions Architect for Integrations (UK/EU) to lead customer onboarding and implement scalable integrations across APIs, webhooks, and data mapping. You will own end-to-end deployment, collaborate with engineering, product, and post-sales, and help customers succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation/integration roles with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS related to payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication of complex concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing integration team delivering onboarding and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to support end-to-end onboarding processes.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, and integration guides for customers.
• Analyze client needs and design effective technical solutions.
• Manage projects, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Develop customer understanding of business problems and map to Sardine capabilities.
• Provide product feedback from the field to internal teams.
