Job summary
Sardine is seeking a Global Head of Solutions in San Francisco to unite Integration and Support engineering, setting standard practices and quality gates as the company scales. You will manage a 20-person organization spanning ICs and managers, guiding leaders while shaping technical strategy and growth.
You will shape scoping and contract structuring, coach leaders, and partner with Sales and PM to ensure the solutions align with business goals and customer success.
Qualifications
- Experience leading 20+ technical staff in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Domain expertise in financial services, fraud, risk, or banking.
- Proven ability to build playbooks, SLAs, and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own Integration and Support engineering teams (~20 people across three functions).
- Build playbooks, onboarding, and SLAs to scale the organization.
- Coach technical leads and grow their leadership capacity.
- Scope contracts with strong technical judgment, not just demos.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive cross-sell and NRR.
- Collaborate with POC team (Data Scientists) to ensure successful POCs.
- Provide deep product fluency to guide scoping, delivery, and people challenges.
