Job summary

Sensiba LLP seeks a Global Manager, Sales Engineering to lead our Sales Engineering function across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage regional teams, provide direct pre-sales support on key opportunities, and drive cross-sell initiatives within our client base.

Reporting to the Global Director, Customer Success & Sales Engineering, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 6+ years in Sales Engineering or pre-sales, incl. 2+ years managing people.
• Experience in professional services, technology, or advisory env.
• Ability to lead pre-sales for multi-product offerings and cross-sell.
• Track and own team performance metrics.
• Coach Sales Engineers across distributed teams.
• Strong executive presentation and client-facing skills.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Qwilr, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Engineering team across regions.
• Own performance management and hiring for the team.
• Maintain global pre-sales methodology, scoping, proposals, and tooling.
• Define career pathways and bench for future growth.
• Own team metrics and reporting on coverage and performance.
• Deliver Sales Engineering strategy and roadmap with senior GTM leadership.
• Oversee pre-sales for cross-sell opportunities with Sales & Customer Success.
• Create and maintain cross-region enablement materials and playbooks.
