Job summary

Sensiba is seeking a Global Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and scale the Sales Engineering function across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage regional teams, stay hands‑on with key opportunities, and drive cross‑sell initiatives while aligning with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Revenue Operations.

You’ll report to the Global Director, Customer Success & Sales Engineering and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to expand service lines and ensure consistent pre‑sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Engineering team across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own performance management and hiring for the team.
• Maintain global pre‑sales methodologies, scoping, proposals and tooling.
• Drive cross‑sell initiatives and align with service lines.
• Provide direct pre‑sales support on key opportunities and executive client conversations.
