Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking a Global Manager, Sales Engineering to lead our Sales Engineering function across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage regional Sales Engineers, set benchmarks, and deliver hands-on pre-sales support on strategic opportunities.

Reporting to the Global Director, Customer Success & Sales Engineering, you will shape the pre-sales strategy, drive cross-sell initiatives, partner with Revenue Operations and Finance, and build scalable enablement content and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
6+ years in Sales Engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales.
2+ years in people management.
Experience in professional services or tech advisory.
Proven ability to lead multi-product or multi-service pre-sales and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the distributed Sales Engineering team across regions.
Own performance management and hiring for the team with regular reviews.
Maintain global pre-sales methodologies, scoping, proposals and tooling.
Define career paths and build bench strength for future growth.
Drive metrics, pipeline visibility and cross-sell initiatives with stakeholders.
