Job summary

Electrolux Group in Lancaster, Texas, is seeking a Reverse Logistics Field Specialist to lead the returns program and drive KPI improvements across our regional distribution center network.

You will analyze data, partner with RDCs and cross-functional teams, and implement damage and waste reduction initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance. This onsite role requires travel up to 25% and a strong logistics background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain role.
• Proficiency in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• EMS Green Gear Certification (or equivalent), preferred.
• Strong analytical rigor, including KPI development, dashboard interpretation, and translating trends into insights.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work and travel practices at all times.
• Own and analyze Reverse Logistics KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Visit RDCs, customer locations, and sites for audits and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with RDCs and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, quality and system issues.
• Lead damage reduction and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Review dashboards to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide training and coaching to RDC teams on best practices.
