zerohash is seeking a SVP, Global Head of Operations to unify and scale Operations across FinOps, Settlement & Trading, Custody, Liquidity, TSE, and CX. The role reports to executive leadership and collaborates with Compliance, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure.

Candidates must be located within a 1-hour commute of the NYC office and have 12–15+ years in operations leadership within financial services or digital assets,

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership within financial services, brokerage, banking, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
• 5+ years in a senior/executive operations role.
• Direct experience leading settlement, trading operations or custody in regulated institutions or digital asset platforms.
• Experience with digital assets (crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets) is required.
• Strong analytical, risk-management, and executive communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the New York, NY area.

Responsabilités

• Lead and unify teams across Settlement & Trading Ops, Custody, FinOps, Liquidity & Exchange Services, TSE, CX.
• Set standards for operational excellence and scale processes globally.
• Present performance, risk, and scaling plans to the executive team.
• Oversee regulatory readiness, audits, and compliance-first operations.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Commercial functions.
• Travel to zerohash hubs as needed.
