Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud migrations, and security operations. The role drives technical strategy, budget, and performance across enterprise networking, identity platforms, endpoint management, and hosting services.

The ideal candidate combines broad technical knowledge with strong people leadership, delivering complex projects on schedule while aligning with compliance requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced technical professionals and/or subordinate managers.
• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, server platforms, and IT operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure and platform services, including cloud, network, data center, identity, endpoint management, and security operations.
• Plan, direct, and optimize infrastructure programs within approved strategy, budget, and governance.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to drive architecture standards, risk management, and cost optimization.
• Oversee budget, suppliers, contracts, and performance of vendors and internal teams.
• Sponsor and guide major infrastructure projects, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
