Asana seeks a Head of Employee Relations to lead a three-person ER team, with members in San Francisco and Dublin. The role partners with HR, Legal, and business leaders to develop scalable ER practices and ethically guided investigations that protect employee voice and safety.

You will guide strategy, leverage data to anticipate risks, and coach managers to mature organizational culture while maintaining fairness and transparency across all levels.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of employee relations or HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven people management with ability to lead and coach a high-performing team.
• Strong judgment, fairness, transparency, and empathy in complex situations.
• Ability to influence multiple levels and drive ER strategies.

Aufgaben

• Scale a global Employee Relations program with consistent, locally relevant practices.
• Lead high-sensitivity investigations from intake to resolution.
• Evolve ER strategy using AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
• Maintain ethical guardrails, transparency, and human oversight as scale increases.
• Co-design ER training with Legal and L&D to upskill managers and leaders.
• Use dashboards and reports to monitor ER trends and inform interventions.
