Responsabilités

• Employee Relations case management and resolution.
• Union/works council engagement.
• Non-compete compliance.
• Lead Global ER team across 4 regions to support ER cases in around 45 jurisdictions.
• Develop ER strategy and guidelines; partner with HRBPs to drive cases smoothly.
• Digital transformation: optimize processes and introduce AI to improve efficiency.
