• Typically 6–8 years of HR experience with a track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Experience with M&A is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent transformation agendas at the functional leadership level.
• Develop department-level talent strategies aligned with business outcomes.
• Socialize change with senior stakeholders and champion the vision through storytelling.
