Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 10+ years in pharma or healthcare communications
• People management experience
• Experience developing, implementing and measuring external communications strategies for a global organization
• Experience creating articles, social media posts, blogs, speeches and video scripts for leadership
• Experience with media relations and an integrated communications approach

Responsibilities

• Lead the global pipeline and product communications strategy and cadence for internal and external audiences.
• Provide trusted counsel to senior leaders on reputation, disclosure readiness and scientific storytelling.
• Oversee readiness for launches, milestone planning and internal/external alignment across functions.
• Maintain an enterprise view of pipeline, portfolio and launch milestones and opportunities for impact.
• Develop high-quality communications content: press releases, statements, Q&As, social media, leadership materials.
• Guide internal communications to build understanding and pride in the transformation to the LAI Powerhouse.
• Translate complex R&D information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Lead communications planning for key scientific congresses and data moments to maximize impact.
