Job summary

Dometic seeks a strategic Head of Digital Growth & E-Commerce for mobile cooling solutions in the United States. You will shape global DTC strategy, lead digital channels, and drive profitable growth while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize omnichannel performance.

The role requires 10+ years in ecommerce leadership, global experience, and a proven track record in scaling digital marketplaces and revenue portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, DTC, or omnichannel consumer businesses.
• Experience leading digital commerce platforms.
• Experience owning or influencing large revenue portfolios with a focus on sustainable profitability.
• Global experience, NA expat or leading global ecommerce P&L is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Commerce strategy for Mobile Cooling Solutions, aligned with long-term growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape how digital commerce accelerates business transformation.
• Identify new growth opportunities through data, consumer insights, and evolving digital behaviors.
• Scale and optimize digital presence across DTC platforms, Amazon, marketplaces, and partner platforms.
• Align channels and geographies; manage channel economics and partner relationships.
• Influence assortment strategy, pricing architecture, geographic prioritization, and distribution models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve profitability and inventory health.
• Build analytics capabilities to understand customer behavior and funnel performance; translate insights into improvements.
• Oversee digital operations including catalog quality, pricing accuracy, content excellence, and marketplace optimization.
• Ensure compliance with global digital security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
