Job summary

Dometic is seeking a senior leader to drive the global Digital Growth & E‑Commerce strategy for its Mobile Cooling Solutions. Reporting to the President, you will shape how consumers discover, buy, and experience products across digital channels and geographies, while aligning assortment, pricing, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred, not required).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, DTC, or omnichannel consumer businesses.
• Experience leading digital commercial platforms and marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Commerce strategy for Mobile Cooling Solutions.
• Scale and optimize the digital presence across DTC, Amazon, marketplaces and partner platforms.
• Influence assortment strategy, pricing, and distribution to maximize digital performance and margin.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to improve inventory, order performance and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing for SEO/SEM, CRM, performance marketing, social and influencer programs.
• Oversee product catalog, pricing accuracy, content quality and marketplace optimization.
