Job summary

Paddle is seeking a proven B2B Demand Generation leader to own and scale our demand engine. As Director of Demand Generation, you will drive predictable, scalable pipeline across self-serve and sales-led motions, reporting to the CMO.

You’ll lead a high-performing team across channels including paid media, SEO, ABM, and lifecycle marketing, partnering with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align GTM and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the demand strategy across PLG and sales-led motions.
• Deliver full-funnel pipeline growth across channels: paid, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, web.
• Build and scale repeatable programs for startup to enterprise segments.
• Develop your ABM motion for multi-touch engagement of high-value accounts.
