BairesDev is seeking a dynamic Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new marketing area from scratch. You will report to the CMO and manage a small, high-caliber team across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for service lines, while delivering compelling collateral and templates used by Sales to win business. Remote work with global collaboration is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in B2B marketing with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on product marketing experience, including launches and messaging.
• Strong ability to lead multiple teams and align with sales.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for service lines.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams with defined frameworks and standards.
• Build customer marketing programs including upsell/cross-sell campaigns and events.
• Hire and scale the new area, define KPIs, and report results to the CMO.
