Zusammenfassung

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll transform our client base and sales collateral into a growth engine for the company across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.

You will hire a team of about eight, define KPIs, and own messaging, events, and campaigns with revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in B2B marketing
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering
• Experience in customer marketing including upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client events and ABM
• Proficiency in copy management and working with writers

Aufgaben

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and new offerings.
• Lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, one-pagers and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns and executive events with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO and executive team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them through messaging and collateral
