Job summary

BairesDev, a leader in remote technology projects for 15+ years, is hiring for Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing. You will build a new Customer Marketing area reporting to the CMO and lead a team of about eight across three functions.

You will own product marketing, lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, and build campaigns for upsell, client references and advocacy with revenue targets. We offer 100% remote work and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director owning positioning and launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing: define positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting: set frameworks and quality standards.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events: build upsell/cross-sell campaigns and references.
• Build the area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales to close win-rate gaps through messaging and enablement.
