Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will guide messaging, collateral, and campaigns across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will inherit an experienced team of about eight people and work with executives to define strategy, KPIs, and revenue targets while driving growth for existing accounts and new offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director owning positioning, messaging, and launches in a B2B company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and new offerings.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, one‑pagers, and proposals for Sales use.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell/cross‑sell campaigns, executive events, client references, and advocacy programs.
