BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This hands‑on leadership role will turn our client base and sales collateral into a growth lever, with an eight‑person team across three functions from day one.

You will define positioning and messaging, manage sales collateral, and drive revenue through customer marketing, events, and ABM programs.

Formación

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director owning positioning and launches at a B2B company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including ABM, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client events and webinars.
• Proficiency in copy management, including briefing, editing, and quality control of B2B copy.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go‑to‑market plans for service lines.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering pitch decks, case studies, one‑pagers, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events with upsell and cross‑sell campaigns and client references.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win‑rate gaps by segment and close them through messaging and enablement.
