Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. You will inherit an eight-person team across three functions and shape the strategy from day one, working with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.

You will own go-to-market for service lines, lead collateral creation, and drive revenue via upsell, cross-sell campaigns, and executive events, while hiring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director owning positioning, messaging and launches at a B2B company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including ABM, client case studies and references, client events and webinars.
• Proficiency in copy management, briefing, editing and managing writers.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and offerings.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, setting positioning frameworks and delivering pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns, executive events, client references, and advocacy programs with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO and executive team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps by segment and close them through messaging and collateral.
