Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Global Head of Client Implementation & Billing Services to own the global onboarding and billing operations, shaping the future operating model across people, process, and technology. You’ll partner with CX, finance, and technology leaders to ensure high-quality, scalable client experiences.

The role demands 15+ years in financial services with senior leadership, strong execution, and a pro‑AI mindset to rethink traditional processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services experience, including leadership in asset management or client operations.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles with global teams and large-scale operations.
• Experience designing global operating models and leading transformations.
• Experience partnering with technology to deliver workflow, data, and billing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI and automation and their application to operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Client Implementation & Billing Services, including onboarding, account setup, invoice setup, billing operations, escalation, remediation, and controls.
• Define and execute the global operating model and transformation roadmap for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with CX Platform and technology teams to define requirements for implementation, workflow, data, and billing.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and workflow solutions to accelerate onboarding, improve billing accuracy, and strengthen controls.
• Build a high-performing global team with clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with CX, COO, CCG, Investments, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver strong client experience and outcomes.
• Support broader CX strategy and operating-model transformation initiatives.
